Yoga Trapeze 3 week Workshop Series

The Yoga trapeze is a combination TRX and aerial yoga system that works balance, strength, and flexibility. In this 4 week series you will learn the basic moves and build into a fluid hour full body workout class that will have you smiling from ear to ear!
Classes include ground circuit training work and aerial inverted and non-inverted poses. Ideal for anyone suffering chronic back pain, looking to improve range of mobility, build one leg strength moves/upper body/grip strength, achieve pull ups, and enjoy gentle traction therapy for improved circulation and heart health.
Great results for all ages/abilities but this is not a class for those with a heart condition or previous head injuries due to the upside down nature of some of the exercises. Enough strength to lift yourself into the hammock is required.
SUP Yoga Teacher Training 2017 + WPA Level 1 Cert.

Get on board! This price includes your WPA Level 1 certification. a MUST for safety and proficiency guiding groups on the water, equipment rentals, SUP Yoga workbook with two sequences (beginner and dynamic) modifications/pictures, lots of time on the water to practice and share the love and shine your authentic light.
DATES: June 2nd-4th - ALL DAY
Bring sun screen, a smile, pen and paper, towel, and quick dry yoga clothes/swim suits! Wetsuits are encouraged for comfort on Saturday while practicing rescues.
