All appointments are being requested to be scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled online. If you would like to be added to a waiting list, please don't hesitate to text or email. I'll do my best to accomodate.
Effective immediately is the updated Blush cancellation policy which will be strictly enforced. Upon scheduling all services, a 50% deposit is now required. The entire deposit will be applied to your service when you come for your visit.
Your appointment is very important to me, and as so many of you have experienced, I will often stay late, come in early or even come in on my days off to accomodate. As I see my relationship with my beautiful Blush clients much like a partnership, being as available as possible, always giving 100%, and utliizing only the best products available for your skin and hair continues to be my priority.
Blush experienced an alarming influx of last minute cancellations in January and February with nearly catastrophic implications. Please understand that when appointments are forgotten or cancelled without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As I tend to book out several weeks in advance, most clients won't even consider reaching out for services with only a day or two day's notice. They assume I will be booked which is generally the case. So a cancellation the same week as your appointment is rarely filled.
I ask that cancellations or reschedules take place at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits will transfer to the next appointment when in accordance with this timeframe. If cancellations occur within 72 hours of your appointment, the 50% deposit fee will not be refunded. If, however, I'm able to fill that time, I will happily apply that deposit as credit to your account. It is simply my intent to remain consistently productive during my working schedule - I so regularly have to turn away clients who are eager to receive services. And as a sole proprietor, the business requires fulfillment of that demand to stay afloat.
