Monday Yoga is a gently Yoga practice based on classical yoga Therapy and Yoga Therapy for Chronic lower back pain.
In this class, the sequence of yoga movements and poses have the focus on realigning your spine, reconnect with your body, building strength, increasing the range of movement and flexibility.
You will feel an improvement, physically and mentally from your first class.
