• All bookings include up to two (2) adults from the same household in base price. Children from same residence included (17 years and under).
• Other adults may be added to the booking for $10 each (& their children free) up to a maximum of 12 persons TOTAL in reservation.
• You can re-schedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance via your account or confirmation email (click on « View Appointment Details »
• Switching class day/time will incur a $10 administrative fee
• Classes are 100% non-refundable
• Missed classes cannot be made up another day
• Off-leash field unavailable for free running of your pup from 5:30pm to close on Tuesdays for use by disc league. Pool clients must walk dogs on leash to potty them and keep off the disc field area.
• Appointments are not transferable (you accepted the waiver and your information is on file not anyone else’s)
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable, transferable and have no cash value
• In case of severe weather i.e. Electrical Storm, your pool appointment will be rescheduled (at no cost) as we cannot operate in such conditions for safety reasons. If just rain, appointment will proceed as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy (Effective July 15, 2021) - updated August 1, 2022

• 48+ hours notice = $10
  
• 24 hours notice = 50% charge
  
• Less than 24 hours notice = 100% charge

Cleaning Fees

• $40 cleaning / sanitation if your dog soils the ball pit
  
• $150 cleaning / sanitation if your dog soils the pool
• $150 cleaning / steam cleaning if your dog soils the dock
  soil = urinate, defecate, vomit
