Appointment days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with various times available.
First, confirm your time zone and then the appointment availability will pop up.
Living Longer Healthier Strategy Session (No Charge): Please schedule an available time which is convenient for you. There will be a followup 9-question form to fill out. Please take a few minutes to fill it out and return to me.
Cleanse, 28-Day and 90-Day Programs: When possible, please schedule your appointments using the link(s) provided in the email from Karen for the same/similar weekly time slots for best results.
All Appointments: If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. The appointment may be rescheduled 36 hours or more into the future. (Therefore, the earlier you cancel electronically, the earlier you may reschedule.) Missed scheduled appointments will be forfeited.
