Follow Up Consultations are for CURRENT clients only.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but you can choose to either pay in full at the time of scheduling or at the time of service.

Prices listed include the 4% processing charge when using a credit card. Check and cash are accepted but will need to be received before the time of our appointment and will not be charged the 4% processing fee.

**If appointment length goes over the scheduled allotted time, additional time will be billed.
