Are you an adult (age 19+) looking for an evaluation for a letter for gender-affirming procedures?

*If you don't see any appointments available right now, please come back next Friday, April 25th at 10:00 am Central time when more times will open up.

  • You must be an adult.
  • Evaluations are often one session and last about 45 minutes.
  • I do these evals on a pay-what-you-can basis, so you decide what fits your budget
  • Make sure to check your email for a confirmation and reminder emails (they might be in your spam folder if you don't see them).
