Considerations and Questions:
Choosing between one session vs. a package of sessions?
We can accomplish a lot in a single session, particularly if you have a very clearly defined, specific issue you want to address. On the other hand, to transform a deeply rooted pattern and anchor yourself in a new one often requires consistent, gently focused attention which will take time, a plan, and consistent action.
You are welcome to invest in an individual session, or to explore my group programs and intensive 3 and 6 month customised programs.
Curious about Insurance Coverage?
Because I’m a registered clinical counsellor all or a portion of the session rate can be reimbursed through insurance. Here’s how it works – you pay at the end of our session, I provide you with an official receipt you can send to your insurance company, they send you a cheque for whatever is covered.
If you don’t have insurance, our session fees can also been written off as a health expense or if you’re an entrepreneur it can be classified as a business expense. It’s best to chat with you accountant on this one.
