This immigration medical examination entails both the Document Review AND the complete Physical Exam with signage of Form i-693. It is conducted during the same IN-PERSON visit at our office in Duarte, CA. For this service, we are lowering our usual price of $245 to $185 per person. The price of $185 DOES NOT include any vaccinations or the price for laboratory exams. These carry separate charges.

The Kraft test as it is conducted by MIMPC is NOT covered by your health insurance plan. It is a 4-hour test requiring interval blood draws that can be taken from your finger preceded by 12 hours of fasting. You may conduct this test from your home with instructions. We charge $375 for home testing which includes a mandatory follow-up with Dr. Sargeant for interpretation and counseling conducted by video or phone consultation 1 month after submitting your test samples.

This lab test assesses insulin resistance and requires 12 hours of fasting and 6 blood draws or pricks from your finger over 4 hours. If you are taking medication that requires you to eat, please check with your health provider before scheduling this test.
