Please note Chemaine's Model Health terms: There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late/ leaving early travel delays or illness. If you cancel the policy will be as below. I really hope you can and will make it to all our sessions, and I would LOVE to compensate and give a full refund if something happens in your life - but unfortunately I just can’t. As you can understand as a small business I have overheads that must be paid. We may reschedule up to 1 session or carry it over to our next block of sessions, and if I myself need to cancel I will reschedule that session for you also. In the case of Pilates & Pop, classes can not be refunded or rescheduled. There may be circumstances where decisions will be made at my discretion. Should you need to cancel, please contact me via email, text or phone call at least 2 hours prior to our session or class.
