Starting Fall Quarter, 2021, the Advising Office is open for both Online and In Person appointments.
If you schedule an In Person appointment, you will be required to wear a mask and respect all social distancing protocols. Our office has limited capacity, so you may be required to wait in the hall until your appointment time.
Please remember that you can change to an online appointment at any time. If you are feeling at all sick on the day of your appointment, but would still like to meet, we ask that you contact us immediately to be switched to an online appointment.
If you’re scheduling an online appointment, it will be held over Zoom, a conferencing app that is free for UW students (https://itconnect.uw.edu/connect/phones/conferenci... ). Shortly before your scheduled appointment, you will be sent a link to your specific Zoom meeting. There will be no need to come to the office.
If you run into any issues logging into your meeting, please contact us immediately and we can arrange an alternative.
Please note that certain types of appointments, including Major Declaration, are only being held online. There is no In Person option for Major Declaration.
If you have any further questions, you may e-mail Diane Guerra at email@example.com or Morgan Hale at firstname.lastname@example.org
