Please pay attention to our appointment and cancellation policies. Unfortunately, we've had serious issues with folks not showing up for their appointments and/or being being so late that we can't accommodate them, so we've had institute stricter cancellation policies.

Our online booking displays availability for 2 hours or further into the future, up to 2 weeks from today.

Appointment times include any necessary anatomical consultations and time to select jewelry and fill out paperwork.

If you suspect you are sick, we do ask that you do not schedule a piercing or come into the studio. We cannot pierce those that are suffering from any acute health conditions, such as colds, flu, or anything similar. Being sick makes it more likely to have complications with a new piercing. Coming to the studio when you’re sick could also expose our piercers or other guests.

For ages 5-9, this is an in-person consultation between the piercer, child and parent who will be present. This allows time for you and your child to ask questions, see jewelry options, and have a walk-through of the actual piercing process. It also allows our piercer to chat with the child and evaluate their readiness for the procedure. If the child is ready, the piercing appointment will be booked on another day.

For ages 5-9, this is an online consultation between the piercer, child and parent who will be present. This allows time for you and your child to ask questions and see photos of jewelry options.

We strongly recommend and in person consultation if you can arrange it.

If we can pierce your child and you book within 14 days of your consultation, the fee for this service will be applied toward your piercing fee.

An industrial piercing is 2 cartilage piercings connected with a long bar (most commonly 2 helix piercings). This piercing does require an anatomical consultation with the piercer for viability. Industrial piercing service, generally two helix piercings connected by a straight bar, but other variations are included. Variations available (including "standard") will depend on the shape of your ear. We strongly recommend book a video consult before you booking an actual piercing appointment. Orbital, helix or lobe

30 minutes @ $75.00

An "orbital" is when 2 piercings are connected by a single ring. The most common variations are in the helix at the top of the ear, or between 2 earlobe piercings. We strongly recommend booking a video consult before you book an actual piercing appointment. We can do an anatomy consult during your appointment, however, if you do not get a piercing service of any kind during your appointment, there will be a $25 fee. Please consider a backup piercing!

Basic Curation Consultation

For a Basic Curation, our piercers will use a stock photo of an ear to show you how our in-stock gold jewelry options work together. We'll use your preferences on gold color, gemstones, and style to get the best combination. This appointment DOES NOT include time for new piercing services. We will book the piercing appointment for you during your consultation. Your piercing service fees are covered by the fee for this appointment.

For an Advanced Curation, our piercers will take a clear photo of *your* ear to mockup your piercing and jewelry options. Re-sterilize Jewelry for Piercing/Install, Drop-off Window

Clean and sterilize previously worn jewelry for a new piercing or other installation. Jewelry must be from Piercing Experience and only worn by person receiving service. This covers up to 4 individual pieces of jewelry. Most jewelry will break down into 2-3 "pieces" (eg threadless jewelry is 2 - post/top, threaded bars are 3 - 2 ends/post). Jewelry needs to be dropped off at least 2 days before piercing/install, in a sealed baggie/waterproof container. Please select a drop-off window, 12-2p, 2-4p,

This appointment is to have a consultation for an existing piercing that was not performed at Piercing Experience. It also includes time to change or remove your jewelry, it necessary.

This appointment allows you to have a anatomical consultation for a new piercing with one of our piercers. We can also help answer any other questions you may have about receiving the piercing or the healing process.

Piercing Experience Checkup

15 minutes @ $15.00

This appointment is to have a consultation for an existing piercing performed at Piercing Experience. This includes time to downsize your post if necessary, but not time for other jewelry changes. There is no charge for this service if you come in for your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $15 no show fee.

This service includes time to browse/select jewelry, consult with a piercer for proper sizing, and have it installed in existing, healed piercings. The appointment time and service charge covers installing jewelry in up to 4 piercings.

This does NOT include any actual piercing service(s).

Jewelry Change for Downsizing/Retainers/Online Orders

15 minutes @ $20.00

This service provides time for a piercer to install jewelry for 3 different options: 1 - just shortening the post on your jewelry, 2 - installing retainers for surgery, interviews, etc. 3 - jewelry already purchased on our website. We can install jewelry in up to 3 piercings.

This DOES NOT include time to browse for jewelry in the studio or select additional pieces.

Jewelry Removal

15 minutes @ $15.00

Book this service for assistance removing jewelry in a healed piercing. If the piercing is unhealthy, we may need a waiver from your doctor prior to removing jewelry as it can be unsafe to remove infected piercings.

The service charge will vary depending on exactly what we need to do or if we need extra tools to remove your jewelry. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $10 no show fee.

Removal of "dermals"/surface anchors is a different service.
