A great way to end your day. Yin poses strengthen connective tissue by holding seated poses for one to five minutes. This class is passive rather than active and is appropriate for all levels.
Begin with a warm-up Vinyasa flow connecting breath and movement, and then cool down with longer held Yin poses to stretch the connective tissue throughout the body.
