Rest & Restore Yin Yoga - 235 Conference Room
12-12.45pm The perfect way to spend your lunch break, indulging in restful & restorative yin yoga. With background in Chinese medicine & the subtle energy in the body, this practice supports the rebalancing of body systems & invites a sense of space in the mind.
With it's long held mat based stretches, gentle breath and beautifully selected music you will find many moments to float away into a state of peace while your body receives its nourishment.

Wednesday Morning Bootcamp - Lamont’s Gardens
Wed 6.45am-7.30am Lamont’s Gardens.
Don't let the word bootcamp scare you. These 45 minute sessions with Kelly are perfect for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
I invite you to push hard or simply enjoy moving the body well, either way you will feel leaving well accomplished and it is the perfect way to start your hump day Wednesday, training outdoors!
We'll be integrating full body strength and stability as well as circuit training to keep the heart rate up. See you there
