Yin yoga is a deeply restorative practice that creates the conditions for our own body to activate its own self healing response. Long held poses with cushioning to allow for delightful periods of necessary quietness in the body, that eventually invites the same for the mind.
No Yoga experience necessary, this is live streamed allowing you to be guided into this restorative melting in your own cosy space. Video recording can be shared if the time is not suitable for those who have booked.
