*If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance will be due once service is complete.
*Please call us if you’re running late. If not your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes.
*If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so at your own convenience by clicking the cancel / reschedule button in your confirmation email.
*Please book the exact and every service you're wanting to receive. For ex: If you would like a full set, jelli pedi with gel and nail art on hands, please make sure you book the correct shape full set, select jelly pedi w/ gel polish as an add on along with the correct nail art service. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call as we will be more than happy to assist you!
*According to Governor Cooper’s order, all clients must wear a FACE MASK upon arrival and during service. If mask isn’t on upon arrival, service will be rescheduled.
*All temperatures will be checked upon arrival. If temperature is 100 or higher, client will be encouraged to seek medical help.
*If you have a cough or fever, service will be rescheduled.
*We are only servicing clients by appointments ONLY due to the pandemic. No walk ins at this time
*Please no children or extra people

*Please allot out enough time to get your nails done at our salon. We do not do rush jobs. We pride ourselves in our service. Our nail art designs are HAND PAINTED. Quality designs take time.
