Once you have a scheduled appointment, your appointment will automatically be moved forward if an earlier date becomes available.

Please note that all deposits are NON-Refundable and by scheduling your own appointment, you are in agreement of this policy. Late arrivals to your scheduled appointment MAY go towards your appointment time, depending on her schedule for the day. You have the option of rescheduling your appointment on line if needed within time restriction. Missed calls, when sessions are booked as a phone/facetime or zoom session, will result in loss of session fee unless notified 24 hours in advance of needed change prior. We will re-try calling/connecting for 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time before considering appointment missed.

We understand that your time is as important as ours - last minute cancellations interfere with those who are patiently awaiting their appointments. We do however understand that emergencies happen - for all of us- and we do our best to work in a timely and professional manner with consideration for all. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your scheduled appointment. We will be more than happy to work with you.

Due to Jodi-Lynn's sometimes unpredictable schedule in regards to be called to aid in supportive situations, to which sessions are to be postponed or cancelled, you will be contacted immediately to reschedule your appointment and/or to make other arrangements.
