Once you have a scheduled appointment, you will automatically go on our cancellation list and will be notified of any availbilities that may arise. She works diligently to help, to the best of her ability in a timely manner. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We do offer Private Galleries from 4-10 people at our location, with earlier dates available. If you are interested in booking a Gallery: contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to Jodi-Lynns sometimes unpredictable schedule in regards to be called to aid in supportive situations, to which sessions are to be postponed or cancelled, you will be contacted immediately to reschedule your appointment and/or to make other arrangements. Please note that all deposits are NON-Refundable and by scheduling your own appointment, you are in agreement of this policy. Late arrivals to your scheduled appointment MAY go towards your appointment time, depending on her schedule for the day. You have the option of rescheduling your appointment on line if needed within time restriction. No answer when sessions are booked as a phone/facetime session, will result in loss of session fee unless notified 24 hours in advance of needed change prior. We will re-try calling/connecting for 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time before considering appointment missed. We understand that your time is as important as ours - last minute cancellations can become extremely costly and also interfere with those who are patiently awaiting their appointments. We do however understand that emergencies happen - for all of us- and we do our best to work in a timely and professional manner with consideration for all. Please contact us if you have any concerns withy our scheduled appointment. We will be more than happy to work with you. Recordings are highly discouraged with others in her field, however, Jodi-Lynn has many clients who opt to listen to their sessions in time of need, even years after they are held. You may record your session, however -You will be asked to sign a waiver in agreement of all policies and procedures in regards to her liability within a session. Your PREPAID phone/face time session will act as your agreement of our policies and will be considered in agreement in lieu of the signed waiver.
