Please READ this in it’s entirety BEFORE you book. Failure to READ AND BOOK PROPERLY MAY CAUSE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR RESERVATION FEE and in the case you book an appointment not in accordance with our booking policy, you will NOT be refunded or rescheduled and your appointment may be cancelled.
Again, we urge you to PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING POLICY COMPLETELY. DO NOT BOOK any service BEFORE YOU READ OUR POLICY and fully understand our booking policy. Once you’re booked, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!
All booking requires a NON REFUNDABLE reservation fee. Please note that this is not a deposit towards any services. The Reservation Fee is to reserve your time slot for the day you schedule. The amount of the reservation fee is dependent on the service, time, and product usage.
The Reservation Fee will be credited towards your total service cost provided you meet our booking policy listed below.
If the schedule isn’t allowing you to book what you need, email Nikkistyleslv@gmail.com or text and let us know BEFORE you book. Depending upon your desired service, we may or may not be able accommodate you.
1. Reservation Fee is NON REFUNDABLE. You have up to 24-48 hours before the start time of your appointment to reschedule in order to transfer your Reservation Fee to another appointment. You can only reschedule ONE time with an existing reservation fee. After that,your appointment will be canceled. And, you would need to book a new reservation fee. You have 8 weeks from the original date of appointment to use your reservation fee.
2. In the event of you cancelling or rescheduling late (within 24-48 hours of your appointment) You forfeit your Reservation Fee. You have 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. No Call/ No Show is responsible for 100% of appointment cost in order to obtain a new appointment.
3. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your forfeit $20 of your Reservation Fee. Depending upon the schedule, we may have to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment forfeiting your reservation fee. Please email or text us to let us know if you are running behind.
4. Services are A La Carte unless listed together. After selecting the main service, there will be a list of add-on services on the following page above the calendar.
5. New/First Time Color Clients MUST book Consultation or Permission from Nikki BEFORE booking a color service. If not, your hair color appointment will be canceled and reservation fee returned minus processing fees in 7-10 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Any “Process” Hair color can only be booked Wednesday-Friday. “Process” Hair Color can NOT be booked on a Saturday due to the time schedule.
7. Our space is very intimate, and our seating is limited to the appointments booked for that day. No extra guest please.
