All appointments must be scheduled online, and a deposit is REQUIRED. All transactions are processed by a SECURED payment processing system.
NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ALLOWED, unless they are being serviced.
No appointment will be scheduled or confirmed without a “paid” deposit.

- Late arrival will result in a late fee or cancellation of your appointment at the discretion of the stylist. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!!

Cancellation or Rescheduling POLICY for "Hair Extension Installation" Services must be made at least 72 hrs., prior to appointment time.
- All deposits made are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE but may be used as a credit for another Hair Extension/Weave service. Credit must be used within 30 days of cancellation. (your credit DOES NOT apply to "no call no shows" OR last-minute cancels) YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE "ONCE" and use previous deposit as a credit. If you cancel a second time (the rescheduled appointment), you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be due to schedule a new appointment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of any other services must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment time.
- All deposits and payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE NON-REFUNDABLE (no exceptions)
- All deposits may be used as a credit for up to 30 days of proper cancellation date. CREDIT DOES NOT APPLY TO "NO CALL NO SHOWS" OR "LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS", OR "LATE ARRIVALS"
