Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be charged for their appointment without services. Please DO NOT attempt to get around our "no new clients at this time" policy by scheduling as a Returning Client.
This WILL result in your appointment(s) being cancelled, and will likely keep you from being able to become a New Client if we are able to accept them again in the future.
