NEW CLIENTS - The vast majority of new clients are not seeking treatment for a condition that is resolved in one visit. Therefore, if you schedule as a new client, you must schedule two follow-up appointments as a "Returning Client" (the first approximately one week following your initial visit and the second approximately two weeks following your initial visit) at the same time as your initial New Client visit. This reserves spots for you should they be needed and prevents us from overbooking. We do not have additional hours to accommodate you if there are no slots available during our normal hours. If either of the two follow-up visits are not needed, they are easily cancelled.
**If you are not able to return for follow up care approximately one and two weeks following your initial visit, we ask that you schedule your initial visit at a time when you are able to return both the following week and the next.
NEW CLIENTS APPOINTMENTS WITH NO FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED WILL HAVE THEIR NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS.
