Beginner Pilates (4 Week Block)
New to Pilates? That's great! This class is tailored to those with little or some Pilates experience. This class entails the principles of Pilates, along with strength, mobility, and flexibility of the body. This energizing and dynamic class will strengthen large muscles groups of the body while also spending time improving balance and mobility.
£10 Deposit Refundable Required. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class otherwise, the deposit will be lost.
