Over 4-Weeks we will explore the benefits of yoga, go in-depth into beginner yoga poses, looking at standing poses, backbends, inversions, restorative poses and more. With each pose, we will look at alignments, adjustments and modifications giving you a clear understanding of each pose and how they can benefit you. We will also look at meditation and techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life.
