SCHEDULING
Please note that our earliest available appointments for one on one consultations may be booked out several weeks, as we teach classes in the evenings and on weekends.
If you've seen a class promoted but cannot find it below, it has been filled. Our classes generally fill within 48 hours of being posted, so if you see a class you'd like to join, we recommend registering as soon as possible.
We add classes to the roster on the first of every month by 5pm. We recommend checking back on the 1st if you do not see the class you are looking for.
Please contact us with any questions prior to scheduling your place in a class or a private appointment. We are looking forward to having you in the NPAB family.
PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY
Class payments are due in full at the time of registration. Refunds will not be issued once the class begins. Full refunds will be issued for clients removing their dog from the roster more than 7 days before the start date of the class less a $20 processing fee. Clients removing their dogs from class within 7 days of the start date will receive a refund of their payment, less a $50 processing fee.
Private consultations require pre-payment in order to hold your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Full refunds will be issued for clients removing their dog from the calendar more than 3 days before the appointment date less a $20 processing fee. No call / no show appointments are not refunded. We only book one appointment at a time; we require the courtesy to let us know if you are unable to make your appointment so that another student may take your spot.
