Yin yoga is a very relaxing and healing practice intended to strengthen your joints, ligaments and fascia. Stretching yoga postures are held for a longer period of time to stimulate the connective tissues more deeply and practice stillness. Our aim is stress reduction, healing the immune system and greater awareness of yourself. During this small group practice Avital offers hands on touch to help you get deeper into the positions, improve flow of energy in the body and functioning of the internal organs.
