Thank you for scheduling an appointment with me! After you have scheduled your appointment you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure that the email you choose to use is one where I can contact you. I will send you an invite (link) to Zoom about 5 min before our scheduled meeting time. Though sometimes I will send you an email a few days in advance.
REFUND POLICY
24-hour cancelation - if you need to cancel/reschedule, use the link in the email to do so. These are only allowed up to 24 hours before our session.
No cancellation after 24 hours before our session, unless for an emergency. In the case of an emergency and you must miss a session, you must send me an email or it will be considered a no-call/no-show.
When you send me an email with a cancellation after 24 hours. I will offer a maximum of 2 additional time slots that work for me.
All no call/no show sessions will be forfeited
