Tuesday 7am/est: Strength Tuesdays! We focus more on increasing your power and building your strength during these sessions. We suggest medium and heavy weights for this session.
Thursday 7am/est: MetCon- longer sets with less rest in between. Suggested equipment: bands/towels/light weights
Friday: Lunchtime Punchtime [TM MOB] - bodyweight boxing style workout (no technical boxing skills will be taught)
Saturday: mixed bag of fun with some throwback hip hop/pop/r&b music to keep you moving
