All sessions are 50 minutes, however the time may vary a little depending on what we are working on.

We are located on the first floor at 1150 18th St NW, Washington DC (Bench Gym). Arrive a little early if you want to utilize the cardio machines before your workout.

Can't make it to us? Let us come to you! If you do not have fitness equipment, we will bring everything you need for each session. You'll just need a water bottle and a towel and we will provide the rest.
