Cancellation /Rescheduling Policy: Please try to arrive on time and keep your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is only acceptable with 24 hours (from the start of the appointment) notice - this will give me time to attempt to fill the slot. I understand that last minute circumstances may arise, therefore I will try to be understanding of this. With my limited availability rescheduling and cancellations greatly impact not only myself, but other clients. If a client has more than 2 cancellations within a 12 month period, they will be expected to pay for the remaining canceled sessions that year.
