PILATES GROUP MAT CLASS
Pilates is taught by our wonderful experienced, passionate and knowledgable teachers. The classes focus on strengthening your core and the stabilising muscles which in turn improve your posture. The holistic approach means you work your mind, body and spirit.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
We will guide you gently through movement with as much awareness and intention as possible, directing you to notice the small subtleties of the body, the breath and the mind.
Join us in approximately 45 minutes of asana and 15 minutes of meditation and be welcomed in by positive and joyous energy.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A brand new class! It is suggested that you have a few props for this class. A chair or stool, along with a cushion or pad; nothing too elaborate. We will be focused on developing strength for two specific exercises: the Pistol Squat and the Push Up. It will be a progressive approach with alternative exercises to include all.
A class suitable for all bodies and all levels. Whether a chair flow is most suitable for your body type, your lifestyle or you simply want to expand your practice, chair flow offers a unique way of exploring your body using an everyday prop.
We bring you a morning sequence which aims to awaken and rejuvenate by using stretch and release and dependant on the teacher, both Pilates and Yoga influences. A wonderful way to start your day.
In this 20 minute guided relaxation we will use breath, visualisations and other techniques to bring ourselves into a calm and peaceful state. Join us in allowing 20 minutes of your time to dedicate to you.
CIRCUITS WITH DAVE
Dave uses a collection of body weight, cardio exercises and whole body approach to give you a complete strength and tone class whilst building up some heat!
LEGS, BUMS, TUMS WITH DAVE
Pretty much what it says on the tin! Dave adds his spin on it and uses influences from functional training, Pilates and bodyweight exercise. DISCLAIMER: Not quite like the 80's version that's for sure.
