PILATES GROUP MAT CLASS
Pilates is taught by our wonderful experienced, passionate and knowledgable teachers. The classes focus on strengthening your core and the stabilising muscles which in turn improve your posture. The holistic approach means you work your mind, body and spirit.
Like the name says, a circuit class utilising resistance bands.
I will vary this class so sometimes you will get a body part focused class and other times you will get a full-body workout.
A beautiful way to start the day!
I have drawn from a variety of different movement practices to piece together this flowing class. We will gradually increase the range our joints can move through without pushing up the intensity!
This is a class I practice a lot in my own time.
YOGA WITH TAM - EXTENDED CLASS
1 hour 15 minutes
Join Tam in this extended online Yoga class on the 4TH Sunday of every month. Start your Sunday gloriously by bringing awareness to your breath, energy, and your Core. There will be doses of other wonderful Yogic tools such as visualisation, mantras and more... Tam will use her 15 years of experience and bring elements of her own practice that has evolved over time.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
We will guide you gently through movement with as much awareness and intention as possible, directing you to notice the small subtleties of the body, the breath and the mind.
Join us in approximately 45 minutes of asana and 15 minutes of meditation and be welcomed in by positive and joyous energy.
In this 20 minute guided relaxation we will use breath, visualisations and other techniques to bring ourselves into a calm and peaceful state. Join us in allowing 20 minutes of your time to dedicate to you.
Connect with your cores and with your centres in this powerful, focused and uplifting practice.
LEGS, BUMS, TUMS WITH DAVE
Pretty much what it says on the tin! Dave adds his spin on it and uses influences from functional training, Pilates and bodyweight exercise. DISCLAIMER: Not quite like the 80's version that's for sure.
