The Partnership Center, Ltd. (PCL) provides one-on-one onsite training, as well as in house instructor-led training courses for VESTA users. There are also a variety of online support documents, found under “Help & More” in VESTA.
VESTA one-on-one training is required for all new HMIS VESTA Users and new EA employee VESTA Users. After a User Set-Up form has been received and processed by PCL, the User Support Team will contact the User’s supervisor (as listed on the form) to schedule the VESTA one-on-one training. Typically, the training will be scheduled at least one week after processing the Set-up request.

Cancellation Policy: If you are not able to attend the training class, you must notify PCL at least 24 hours prior to class or your agency will be charge a $25.00 no-show fee. If PCL cancels this training, you will be notified by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the training.
