I do seminars on Powerlifting both raw and equipped (I have historical all time records in both), conventional and sumo (I do both). This includes more than just how to execute a lift but also in how to spot and load for others, wrap knees, be a good handler and a good team mate.
Lifting isn't done by powerlifters alone! Lifting also can do more for you than just to make you look good and get stronger. Weights can be intimidating! When you learn to conquer them, when you learn to maneuver any gym setting and figure out what you need, you become more confident. In the gym and in life. I help people figure out how to do that.
Fees would depend on the type of topic, distance, length of time, type of interaction (hands on or just talking) .... contact me for a quote!!
I am NOT a certified dietitian. All I can offer is my services based on my experience with myself and what I have done for others. I understand the nuances between losing weight to get smaller or to lose fat and keep or gain muscle. I have helped both bodybuilders and powerlifters. I am NOT experienced with the specifics needed to dial in the end of a bodybuilding diet for a show. I CAN help you lose fat, lean out, put on muscle. I will calculate your macros and provide you with a menu guide for 6 weeks. After the 6 week period, updates to the macros or menu are $35 per monthly update. If you want to continue weekly reviews/updates it remains $50/m
Set up for Detailed Training Programming
This is for offsite online programming. I will give you workouts weekly including calculating the weights you should be using on heavier lifts and review videos to critique your form. I am available for questions at any time and will help you uncover any weaknesses and teach you to turn them into strengths! To continue on a monthly program is $50/month
General Training and Nutrition
This includes both macros and training. I will provide you a monthly plan for both that is reviewed for changes every 4 weeks. The training will consist of sets and reps but it is up to you to push your numbers up!! After initial set up changes to macros or training portions are $25 or $45 for both at the same time.
