Small Group Training
Work in the comfort of your own home in these ONLINE group training sessions, intimate enough for your trainer to provide individualized variations. Sessions are programmed to enhance your ability to move efficiently with strength and grace, using bodyweight and whatever different objects you have at home. You will develop mobility and stability, balance, strength, coordination, motor control, and awareness.
Recommended equipment: foam roll/balls, light/medium/heavy weights, mat, water bottle.
Personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. By spending entire sessions one-on-one with your expert coach you will see faster results and learning. If you are injured (or recovering from injury), uncomfortable working out in front of others, have hit a plateau in your results, or are circling around bad habits repeatedly, Private Personal Training may be the answer you're looking for.
Traveling but don't want to miss your Private Personal Training session? Speak to your coach about making a switch to online training while you're away. These sessions use Zoom so you can connect with your coach online and train in the comfort of your own hotel room or even out in a park if you have wifi or cellular service.

Reiki is a form of light- (or no-) touch bodywork that instills a sense of calm and relaxation in the receiver. In this first session, we spend the first 15-minutes to establish an understanding of your goals to facilitate the most beneficial experience. Because all sessions are VIRUTAL, due to the current pandemic, I use breathing and meditation techniques to guide you into a state of relaxation while holding reiki energy on your behalf.
