Group Fitness Classes
Fluency (T@ 9:15am, 6:15pm; R@7am)
These classes will enhance your ability to move well using a variety of different objects (medicine balls, sandbags, beams, poles, etc.). You will develop mobility and stability, balance, strength, coordination, motor control, and awareness. Learn to lift, carry, climb, crawl, balance, throw, and catch.
Agility (T@7am, F@6:15pm)
These classes will develop and challenge your cardiovascular system with resistance training bands, bodyweight exercises, and kettlebells. You will develop power, endurance, coordination, and motor control. Learn to move quickly and deliberately, push yourself, control heart rate, and sweat.
Flow (M@7am, R@9:15am)
These classes will string series of movements together to enhance conditioning and complexity. More like play, these classes are designed like mini-obstacle courses, broken down to teach you how to maneuver through the world with confidence, grace, control, stability, and intention. Learn to create your own combinations of movement sequences, stringing together different skills and looking for new ways to move through the world. You will develop focus, coordination, and balance.
Parkour is a comprehensive discipline that also facilitates progress in other sports. The ability to jump, climb, land, balance, and develop motor skills is central to many physical activities. It's also the foundation of a child's development.
Private Personal Training
Personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. By spending entire sessions one-on-one with our expert coaches you will see faster results and learning. If you are injured (or recovering from injury), uncomfortable working out in front of others, have hit a plateau in your results, or are circling around bad habits repeatedly, Private Personal Training may be the answer you're looking for.
Traveling but don't want to miss your Private Personal Training session? Speak to your coach about making a switch to online training while you're away. These sessions use Zoom so you can connect with your coach online and train in the comfort of your own hotel room or even out in a park if you have wifi or cellular service.
