Meet with Head Coach and Founder, Marannie Bauer, to break down the Fundamental Movement Patterns that we train at NLTN. This forms the foundation for fitness training and gives both you and us an idea about how to best help you reach your goals.
You'll start with an intake discussing goal-setting and fitness history. Then take it from there to learn about your movement habits and your fitness options.
Health Coaching Session

Take the opportunity to get the support from one of our Health Coaches to evaluation patterns of behavior, set goals, and take actions to move yourself forward in whichever way you see fit.

Small Group Personal Training
Work along side 2-5 other participants in these small group training sessions, intimate enough for your trainer to provide individualized variations. Sessions are programmed to enhance your ability to move efficiently with strength and grace, using a variety of different objects (medicine balls, sandbags, beams, bells, bands, and more). You will develop mobility and stability, balance, strength, coordination, motor control, and awareness.
Personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. By spending entire sessions one-on-one with your expert coach you will see faster results and learning. If you are injured (or recovering from injury), uncomfortable working out in front of others, have hit a plateau in your results, or are circling around bad habits repeatedly, Private Personal Training may be the answer you're looking for.
Reiki Healing (first session)
1 hour 15 minutes
Reiki is a form of light- (or no-) touch bodywork that instills a sense of calm and relaxation in the receiver. Remaining fully clothed, your session will last for approximately one hour during which you'll lie on a massage table both face up and, if appropriate face down. If this is not possible seated and side-lying positions are available.
