Cancellation PolicyI ask that you notify me as soon as possible in the event that you are unable to keep your appointment. As space and time are limited, I would appreciate it if you value my time as I value yours and give a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to allow for the empty spot to be filled - allowing everyone to be treated as needed. Starting on 12/01/2018. If you miss an appointment or cancel on the same day of the scheduled treatment, a fee of $30 will be due at the time of your next visit. If appointments have been purchased in a package, then we will deduct one of your pre-paid visits.
Tardiness PolicyI do understand traffic, get held for a longer period of time at work, difficulty to find a parking space and I do everything I can to accommodate as long as it doesn't interfere with other patient's schedules. Depending on the day, your treatment can be shorter by the amount of minutes you arrived late.
Inclement WeatherIn the case of heavy snow or other inclement weather, please call me or text prior to coming to your scheduled appointment. We will leave an announcement about any cancellations on the website and try to contact you by phone, e-mail or text message.
