Welcome to the San Antonio Humane Society S/N calendar. Below you will find important information regarding scheduling, payment, eligible zip codes and how to contact. Please make sure to read this information before scheduling your appointment.

Scheduling for Leeu Naylor Medical Building:

• May's calendar will be released April 25th at 9 am (CST)
• The calendar is only open one month at a time. We have a limited number of appointments during each month.
• The calendar is limited to accept a set number of large dogs and female animals per day as we have a limited amount of space to house these types of animals in recovery. If you are unable to schedule an appointment for multiple dogs or female animals in one day, try reducing the number of appointments you're scheduling.
• If you would like to schedule more than one appointment, each appointment will need to be scheduled separately.

Eligible Zip Codes:

• Both locations will be offered to these zip codes: 78201, 78202, 78203, 78204, 78207, 78210, 78211, 78213, 78214,78220, 78221, 78223, 78225, 78227, 78228, 78237, 78242.
• IMPORTANT: The following code must be used ZIPFY2022 at checkout or you will be charged the full price

Scheduling for the Brooks City Base Location:

• May's calendar will be released April 25th at 9 am (CST)
• The calendar is only open one month at a time. We have a limited number of appointments during each month.
• The calendar is limited to accept a set number of large dogs and female animals per day as we have a limited amount of space to house these types of animals in recovery. If you are unable to schedule an appointment for multiple dogs or female animals in one day, try reducing the number of appointments you're scheduling.
• If you would like to schedule more than one appointment, each appointment will need to be scheduled separately.

Payment:

• Credit cards, cash and check will be accept. Care Credit will not be accepted.
• A $10 deposit is required for all transport and zip code grant appointments at Brooks at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment.
• The full refund of $10 will be processed back to the original credit or debit card used to schedule the appointment and may take 5-7 business days to arrive.
• No shows or cancellations later than 48 hour notice are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before surgery for the deposit to be refunded.
• Surgery fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information:

• Please refer to your confirmation email for check-in times for appointments since they might be different.
• Pick up time will be announced during check-in by the surgery staff but know that pick up is the same day. Please arrive at the time instructed. If you are late to pick up your pet, you will be charged a $45 fee. We are not a boarding facility.
