This course is about developing proper climbing technique and perfecting it. In a sense, the class is practice in how to practice.
Learn to warm up properly prior to getting on the wall and increase endurance once you’re on it.
Tuesday at 6 is the strength based class, 7 is the aerobic based class Wednesdays is a mix of both. Athletes, non athletes, climbers, teens, adults, everyone is welcome to join this class that will utilize all the gym has to offer. The entire class will take place off of the climbing wall. We will go through various movements, circuits, formats, etc in order to reach your physical limits.

Core & Grip Training
This class will challenge your core stregth by adding dynamic elements such as suspension work, balance, isometric holds and much more. On top of that you will leave the class unable to close your hands due to the intensive forearm work we will hammer out.
Saturdays are taught by Megan and Tuesdays are taught by Stephanie. Punch cards and class memberships are accepted for these classes.

This is good for any of the scheduled 14 dollar classes. No need to sign up for any of the classes just drop on in. No expiration date.
Youth Climbing Team
$10.00 initial setup plus $65.00 per month
It’s our goal to provide to the future Summit Climbing team professional coaching, a training-specific facility, and inspiration to work hard and have just as much fun (2x per week coached, unlimited open gym time per gym schedule). This is a monthly membership and payments will reoccur each month until Summit Strength & Fitness is notified to cancel the membership.
Personalized Training Plan
This is a six week plan created to target your weaknesses and maintain your strengths. Available for climbing specific, sport specific, or general fitness. The plan will be created around the resources available to you, your time commitment, and your goals. Included is an end of the week communication w/ coach kubi (email, phone, Skype your preference) in which the plan will be modified if necessary based on your progress. Add on's include a discounted private session at Summit with coach kubi at any point before or during your plan.
Gift Certificate to use on various services
This dollar amount can be used towards; punch cards, group sessions, youth climbing team, drop in classes, open gym, training plans, or merchandise (not valid for the key club membership).
