We will offer you two Pilates classes, one focused on strength and getting a total body workout, the other centered around flexibility and relaxation. We will feed you two light, healthy meals, as well as delectable snacks. You will get a personalized reflexology or aroma touch session and get to create your own blend of essential oils specific to your needs! We will also have the opportunity to hike around beautiful Soldier Mountain.
