Please note the following Scheduling Policies:

Muneeza has limited availability in her schedule. Please understand that as Muneeza's business grows, there are now wait times for appointments. Clients who have upcoming appointments booked several months ago.

1. Payment is due no later than 72 hours after booking. If payment is not received, your appointment will be cancelled and given to the next person on Muneeza's waitlist.
2. When booking your appointment, please book it in the name of the client, even if for child.
3. Muneeza is usually on back to back calls and sometimes they run over. There may be a 5-25 minute delay. Unless you hear from us saying that your appointment has been cancelled or has been significantly pushed back, you are still on the calendar to be called. If you have a hard stop for your appointment please follow up with us at scheduling@muneeezaahmed.com.
4. Emergency appointments are not eligible for refunds due to the administrative work needed to fit them into Muneeza's Calendar.
