You will need a valid email to complete your appointment. By providing a phone number you may be billed by your provider for any text messages you receive. You may receive a confirmation email and/or text noting your appointment date and time. Virtual Appointments: If your appointment is virtual (online) it will be noted in the types of appointments listed below. Before your assigned meeting, you should download the Zoom app (Android, Apple, Desktop). A link to do this will be included in the confirmation email after you schedule your appointment. Once your meeting is scheduled to begin, you will need to click the link from the email. You can use video and/or computer or phone audio.
