If this is your first appointment, please select a New Client or Couples Counseling Session, as you will need to complete the intake paperwork.
You will be required to pay a deposit to book your session online. However, counseling session are based on a sliding fee scale, so we will need to determine your full fee (if applicable). Please attach your proof of income to the intake form, email firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it to the office as soon as possible. If you are using Louisiana Healthcare Connections (LHCC), you can ONLY schedule with a provider that accepts that form of payment (see counselor list above).
If you would rather pay in person, please come by the office (1602 W. Pinhook Rd, Suite 100A) and we can schedule your appointment.
