Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost appointment opportunities for both our technicians and other clients who may have wished to book that time.
To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice when canceling any spa appointment. Clients who fail to honor their appointments may be required to pay the full appointment cost before booking future services.
