After working with many many people over the years as a kinesiologist and energy worker, talking about the gifts and the shadow aspects of being an Empath, I have created this 4 week course to help empower people who are understanding that they are an Empath but not really knowing what this truly means and how to tap into the beautiful gift that it is without being completely overwhelmed by other peoples emotions and the impact of being so receptive.
