Please read the following prior to booking.
To confirm your appointment a non-refundable deposit of $27.00 is due at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total. Deposits may be paid online or in person. On the day of your service the difference of this amount will be due. If you decide to pay in full at the time of booking instead of only paying the deposit the amount paid will still be nonrefundable.
*To allow proper timing and avoid over booking please make sure you select ALL the services you would like at the time of booking.
*How to book multiple services: Book your first service, then a list of add-on services will appear. If you don't see the service you want to add-on try changing the order of desired services. For example if you want to book a "sew-in take down and a silk out" but don't see a "silk out" as an add-on for a "sew-in take down", try booking a "silk out and clicking "sew-in take down" as an add-on.
📌Please note a $2.50 transaction fee will be added to your total with any credit/debit card payment. To avoid this fee you have the option to pay your remaining balance with cash. If you decide to pay in full online and you do not include the $2.50 transaction fee that amount will be charged on the date of your service.
IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN A “ NO SHOW CLIENT” WITH AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $30 IN ADDITION TO YOUR NEW SERVICE FEE

HBJ Glam Studio strives to service all our clients within a timely manner. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
Late cancellation: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $20.
Excessive Rescheduling: Clients are allowed 2 reschedules. After the 2nd time rescheduling, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a second non-refundable/ non transferable deposit of $27
❗️❗️ Please come in with DETANGLED & DRY HAIR! This includes removing of braids, twist, Bantu knots act. There will be a up charge to prep hair that is not ready at the time of services.
If your hair requires shampoo services in addition to the service you're receiving, you may add on shampoo services to any appointment from the add-on menu before confirming your appointment
DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Guest are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving hair services. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.
