SALON POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There will be a fee starting at $15 if you are more than 15 minutes late. Subject to change and/or increase if you are excessively late.

Appointment may be canceled or reschedule if you are late.

Please do not bring any KIDS, family, or additional people unless they are being serviced. There is a chance if you do bring someone that your appointment will be canceled.

Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all personal belongings with you at all times in the salon. There are a lot of moving parts and we are not responsible for loss of property.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you need to cancel please change your appointment online immediately. You must cancel before 48 hours of your appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards with a fee of 3% tax.

All new clients spending over $400 must bring cash. No exceptions.

Cash is always accepted. If you need confirmation on price please give us a call.

You will NOT be able to go to the ATM after your service is completed.

We do not accept checks or cards that do not have your name on it. We do check ID!
