Because we allow extra time with all of our patients and we don't double book our schedules, we require a credit card to secure your appointment time. If you don't cancel with at least 24 business hours notice or you don't show up for your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged $200.00. Note, this does not apply for patients scheduling any of our free consultations.
We understand that unexpected situations do arise and we will be happy to address rescheduling your appointment to avoid a charge, if appropriate, via the phone.
