During the coming three months, you will learn ways to help you recover from injury and return to your play. These package can be used virtually for those looking for movement therapy, and nutrition & lifestyle coaching to manage their injuries.
The program will include all of the following:
A. A 90-Minute Initial Session to discuss your current needs, perform assessments, and design your program.
B. 60 minutes of Athletic Therapy appointments each month for three months, which will include a discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes. You can choose between 2, 30-minute or 1, 60-minute appointment.
B. A program tailored to your needs - corrective exercises, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments that aid in recovery, maintain conditioning, and address the mental considerations of injury recovery.
C. Access to Beth via text and email, including a weekly check-in. Beth is on retaining to answer questions or provide guidance between sessions and off hours as needed.
