Scheduling is simple. Lets cover the basics.
- All booking fees are non-refundable
-Cash only, please stop by the ATM prior to the arrival for your appointment
-For extension services I prefer working with HD or transparent lace only. I will not be able to service any other laces under any circumstance. ( Please note we do carry transparent and HD lace, contact for details)
-All wigs, frontals, and closures must be approved prior to booking.
-Please drop off lace 3 days prior to the booked appointment, failure to do so will result in a $100 convenience fee.
-Same day coloring service for exensions is not available. ( call/text 1(844)542-4737 to schedule drop off for coloring service)
-Healthy, strong hair is the goal. Therefore, I will not perform any extension service without trimming your ends if need be. This is not optional. Faliure to comply will result in canceling of service and the booking fee will be kept for the time blocked. Please add a trim to your appointment if you know its needed.
-All services include a shampoo. There is no discount to be given for coming shampooed. You will be shampooed regardless.
-NO extra guest or children are allowed unless being serviced. This is not optional. Your apppointment will be canceled and you will be charged for the allotted time.
-There is a $20 late fee to be applied after the 10 minute grace period.
- Things happen. All appointments canceled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
-No call, no show and you will be blocked from scheduling future appointments.
-If a service is not listed, it is not a service that is offered.
-Please brush out hair that has been recently braided. A detangling charge of $20 will be applied if I have to do it.
