Semi-Private Training is customized training plan, for the individual needs of the client, in a small group setting (maximum 4 clients).
M1 is a group training session geared towards Adults 18 & Up! This isn't your ordinary group class. This class has a little bit of everything. Most importantly, it's an environment to help empower you to succeed. It is not a one size fits all approach. We meet you where you are and help coach you to where you want to be.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday will focus on Total Body Strength.
Tuesday and Thursday will focus on Metabolic Training

Athlete's Performance Training is for the athlete or student who is looking for a training program that focuses on all around fitness fundamentals and implements a well rounded approach.
