The Journey Method is a unique form of emotional coaching, designed to quickly release pent up emotion, trauma, stress or anxiety that may be manifesting or exacerbating an illness or blocking you in life. I work with clients globally. You will book your first session making payment for three sessions. Then you will be sent a link to book two further session. The 3 session are valid for 3 months from the 1st booked session.
