Business Policies
Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to hold your spot. Your card won't get charged unless you no-show for your session or cancel at the last minute. Your appointment time will be reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep the
appointment we require 24 hours notice, otherwise it will be necessary to charge for the
time lost. Weekends don't count toward the 24 hour notice policy. A Last minute cancellation will be charged $35, while a missed or no show appointment forfeits a voucher and/or is charged the full service fee. No refund will be issued on any service purchased.
Late Arrivals:
Will not receive an extension on a scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you know you will not be able to attend your appointment, feel free to send a friend in your place.

A fee of $50 is applied to the 1st additional voucher purchased for/by the same person or returning client. For subsequent vouchers, the full fee is to be paid. Returning clients are welcomed to Purchase Here
Expired Vouchers:
Amount paid never expires, client is responsible to pay the difference for the session.
Parking:
Please arrive 10 minutes early. The municipal lot on 4th street is free for 2 hours in the yellow area. Otherwise metered or street parkings are available.
